Today was a bad day for the Italian team; they were eliminated by the Slovakians in the first round. This was the worst ever result for the Italian national team. This has been a very exciting and unusual World Cup but I will talk about that in my next post. Today, I want to show you the video of a great climb I did with world-famous mountain guide, Ezio Marlier. We went to Finale Ligure, one of the most important places to rock climb in Europe and I finally climbed the great wall: Pianarella.

I was cycling through Pietra Ligure and “Le Manie” just yesterday.I know very well the places. Just another world few meters from the chaos of the beaches and Aurelia road. I like the road going down to Finale and Malpasso beach after the exercise.October and November are the best months for tasting so much beauty. Nice even the good smell coming from the restaurants along the road. What’s better in lfe ? Exercise,eating well and a nap after all
Now I’s a little bit hot. Have to say July and August I prefer the quietness of the mountain but now I ‘m still in front of the screen, in town, without air conditioning. Pratically the hell !!
